The Centre preserves a collection of works by Tadeusz Kulisiewicz, the internationally acclaimed Polish graphic artist. The holdings contain items from Kulisiewicz's most important series of drawings and prints, such as "The Old Kalisz" (1922), "Szlembark" (1931), "Bacowka" [The Shepherds' Hut] (1932), "Methods" (1934), "Warsaw 1945" (1945-6), "India" (1956), "Mexico" (1957-1960), and "The Lagoon of Venice" (1958). Many of the works were the author's gift to the Centre, as was - through his bequest - the interior of his Warsaw study.
