The First International Theatre Festival of World Classics is a discussion on contemporary readings of the world’s literary classics. It is a review of the most important theatrical stages in search of performances that may become parts of the new staging canon of Europe. Presentations are accompanied by a broad-scale educational project that promotes the idea of an open theatre: a creative space and a place of public debate.
