Krakow Theatrical Reminiscences have been taking place since 1975. The renown of the festival, as one of the oldest reviews of theatre in Poland, is associated with its reputation as a lively, evolving event that is continually looking for what is most original in theatre. Through looking attentively at the continuous changes as they play out in socially and culturally sensitive spaces, such as theatre, the Festivals seeks to show what is new and most intriguing at any given moment and contrast that with the established traditions of theatre.
