The manuscript did not survive, and the piece was neither published nor included in a number of early lists of Szymanowski's compositions, such as the ones compiled in 1937 by Stefan Kisielewski and Mateusz Gliński in the journals "Muzyka Polska" and "Muzyka", respectively.
