The extensive exhibition of Polish art from the 15th to 20th century, after the presentation in China, was opened at the National Museum of Korea in Seoul, where it will be available to the public from 5th June to 30th August, 2015. One of the most outstanding of the presented exhibits is Jan Matejko's painting "Stefan Batory at Pskov". Preparation of the wall for mounting the painting lasted 3 days. During this time, the painting was "resting" unrolled, before it was framed. The total weight of the painting with its frame is about 800 kg. It took 14 people to hang it on the wall and the whole operation lasted about an hour.
