The series entitled "Theatre Workshops for Young Ukrainian Artists" comprises lectures and workshop sessions in dance, choreography, directing and playwrighting, conducted by Polish artists.

Ukrainian Les Kurbas National Theatre Centre was started up in 1996. The Centre comprises departments devoted to several areas: research, culture, and a creative laboratory of art and theatre. The Centre instigates and supports various artistic experiments and proposes global networks of formulas for theatre work. Theatre is taken up as a means of developing the spiritual space and creating a new language.
Among major goals pursued by the institution are:
- Intercultural dialogue between Ukrainian and international artists.
- Writing the history of 20th century Ukrainian theatre
- Creating a wide range of cultural projects, aimed at reintegrating national culture within a global context
- Forming modern formulae of theatre and artistic education
- Analysis of innovative and alternative proposals within the cultural policy of the state
