Super Girl & Romantic Boys is one of the bands which represent the new wave of Polish electronic music at the turn of the century. It was founded in Warsaw in 1998 on the initiative of Konstanty Usenko, Ewa Malinowska, a guitarist nicknamed “Wild” and Maciej Rożalski. Their first recordings were made in the Reichenberger squat in Berlin, and their first concert was performed in the “Kotły” club in Warsaw in December 1998.
In 2013, the band recorded their first studio album. The album, named “Miłość z tamtych lat” (“Love from those days”), comes with an additional DVD consisting of archival material of the band's concerts and full set of their videos.
Their single track “Spokój” (“Calm”) appeared on the “Jak to się robi z dziewczynami” (“How it is done with girls”) soundtrack.
