The exhibition will show pieces by designers from Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Germany – although the designs are from different countries, they will not be displayed according to where they come from. Agnieszka Jacobson-Cielecka, the curator of the Roundabout Baltic Plus exhibition, made sure to mix and match: their forms, materials, colour schemes and motifs are a common denominator.

Roundabout Baltic was also on show in Riga and Malmö. The exhibition in Reykjavik will, in addition, display pieces by Icelandic designers. Although Iceland is far from the Baltic Sea, it is surrounded by water – it is a key factor in Icelandic identity.
