In 2015, the World Gardening Cup was held for the sixth time. This time, the organizers invited ambitious design companies from over the world to design a garden responding to the theme "My Country, My Culture". Out of hundreds of submitted applications 34 project teams from 30 different countries were selected to present their projects during the exhibition held from 3rd October to 3rd November, 2015 in Nagasaki. Originally, the exhibition was planned to end on 19th October, but was extended due to the great interest of visitors.
Bartłomiej Gasparski's company "Palmett – Markowe Ogrody" is the first Polish company who qualified for this prestigious exhibition, as the only design studio from Central and Eastern Europe. Bartłomiej Gasparski's project presented in Japan, titled "Postcard from Polish Garden", was an attempt to introduce to the show visitors the most common type of Polish garden, which is undoubtedly the allotment garden. The idea was to present the allotment on a scale of 1: 1 in the form of a three-dimensional postcard. Thanks to the use of the diorama technique, the designer achieved a surprising visual effect stimulating the viewers' imagination.
