ART EDITION is an art fair organized by Korea Print Photography Promotion Association (KPPPA) specializing in limited edition artworks. In 2014 Agnes Janich for the first time presented her artworks at the Art Edition Fair with her main representing Swiss gallery - Galerie Walter Keller from Zurich.
Agnes Janich graduated from Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw and School of Visual Arts in New York. The artist has been represented by the Gallerie Walter Keller in Zurich since she was 22 and has been showing her photographs, films and installations worldwide for 12 years now. She is also working with Keumsan Gallery in Seoul, the proprietor of Art Edition and Hotel Art Fairs in Seoul, Tokyo and Hong Kong.
Agnes Janich has presented her works in, among others, the Fotomuseum Winterthur in Switzerland, La Maison Europeene de la Photographie in Paris, MLAC in Rome, Kunsthalle Exnergasse in Vienna, Bergen Museum of Art in Norway, Central European House in Bratislava and in Galapagos Art Space in New York.
Janich's work was profiled by art critics in numerous reviews and essays in Dwutygodnik, CCA Zamek Magazine, La Feulha de Sao Paulo, The National, Der Standard, Le Monde, MOCAK Forum and Neue Zurcher Zeitung.
Art Edition Fair 2014 was held from 13th to 16th November 2014 in Seoul Arts Center, Hangaram Art Museum.
