Marcin Wasilewski Trio was formed by Marcin Wasilewski (born 1975) on the piano, Sławomir Kurkiewicz (born 1975) on bass, and Michał Miśkiewicz (born 1977) playing the percussion. In 2013 the band celebrated their 20th anniversary in the unchanged make-up, but its history goes back to 1990.
