Founded by veterans of CD Projekt and Metropolis Software in 2010. Members of the team had previously worked on titles such as the Witcher series, Teenagent and Gorky 17 for publishers including Atari, Interplay and Ubisoft. 11 Bit Studios has produced several titles available on multiple platforms, all easily available via digital distribution.

The games industry is constantly changing, and there is a tremendous opportunity for independent developers to succeed and to push the boundaries of gameplay on digital platforms, says Grzegorz Miechowski, CEO. We're going to create games that introduce unique gameplay mechanics, carry high production values and are, most importantly, fun for both hardcore gamers and more casual players.

The soundtracks for all of their games, composed by Piotr Musial, are available for free in both FLAC and MP3 formats via 11 Bit Studio's website.

Anomaly: Warzone Earth (2011) – Reversal of the tower defence genre which pits players against an alien invasion. Highly regarded by critics, the iOS version received an Apple Design Award. (PC, Mac, Linux, PS3, Xbox 360, iOS, Android, Blackberry).

Funky Smugglers (2012) - 'Grab and toss' touch-screen game which puts you in the role of airport security taking on the aforementioned funky smugglers. (PC, Mac, Linux, iOS, Android, Blackberry)

Sleepwalker's Journey (2012) – Dreamlike puzzle platform in which you guide a unicycling sleepwalker to return the stars to the sky. (PC, Mac, Linux, iOS, Android, Blackberry)

Anomaly 2 (2013) – Sequel to Anomaly: Warzone. Adds new features to single player as well multiplayer modes. (PC, Mac, Linux, PS3, Xbox 360, iOS, Android, Blackberry)

This War of Mine (TBA) - Puts you as a civilian in the midst of a warzone. According to the tag-line, "in war, not everyone is a soldier."
