Registration for the European Culture Congress from 1st - 31st July. The agenda comprises more than 100 individual events – from discussions, workshops and meetings with artists, to concerts, film screenings, sound shows, plays, performances and exhibitions. Some will be open to the public, but the majority – owing to a limited number of seats – will be available via online registration.
Accreditation for the Congress costs PLN 100 including VAT (EUR 25 for foreign guests) and allows the participant to reserve tickets for all events, subject to availability. Accreditation and reservations are available exclusively on‑line at:

Accreditation sales and concert registration run from July 1st to 31st or until tickets are sold out.

Paid accreditation
Accreditation entitles its holder to reserve tickets for the following events:
- official Inauguration of the Congress
- 10 discussion panels
- panels organised by A Soul for Europe
- projections in the Sound Cinema
- film screenings held as a part of “Funny Games EU”
- plays, installations and performances held as a part of “Trickster 2011”
- “We Are More” workshops
- the “Krzysztof Penderecki & Jonny Greenwood” concert
- the “Krzysztof Penderecki & Aphex Twin” concert
- concerts held as a part of “Scary Monsters and Super Creeps”
- the official closing ceremony of the Congress
Accreditation holders will have priority access to the festival club and projects that are not subject to reservation. Moreover, paid accreditation will entitle its holder to the free use of public transport in Wrocław during the Congress and to a copy of the catalogue and all materials regarding the Congress.
ATTENTION: Please fill in the registration form carefully, as the data cannot be modified after the registration process is complete.
Last minute
Should there be any tickets left for events subject to registration, free passes will be available to unregistered persons in the Accreditation Pavilion. Priority in obtaining such passes will be given to Congress Volunteers.
