A visitor from the future meets an ordinary man and reveals that he will invent a pill that allows time travel. It's a great opportunity to fix mistakes and change your life for the better. What if, however, the time traveller does not tell the whole truth, and the consequences of these actions can be fatal? This sci-fi thriller was written by Shaun Manning and illustrated by Anna Wieszczyk. The comic will be released in May by Boom Studios, which is known for publishing horror and science fiction comics, as well as comics for children with characters from Disney and Pixar. The book is 120 pages long and costs less than US$25 (approx. £15/€18).
Wieszczyk is a graphic design graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Katowice, Poland. She currently lives and works in Krakow. At the age of 20, she made her debut in the U.S. by qualifying to the final three of the Comic Book Challenge. Several comic books featuring her drawings have already been published in the U.S., including books from the Godkiller, Shift State, Lucid and Hell, Nebraska series (4 books were also published in compilations). Lucid, written by Michael McMillian – an actor known for the True Blood TV series, is to be made into a film in the future. Anna Wieszczyk has also illustrated other books for the American market.
