I love Sniff from the Moomin books, Mr. Łukasz from Bolesław Prus’ The Convert (Nawrócony), Plyushkin fromk Nikolai Gogol’s Dead Souls. There’s also Prince Sternenhoch of The Sufferings of Prince Sternenhoch by Ladislav Klíma, but before his ‘enlightenment’ – it’s good he dies right afterwards (sorry for the spoiler). And Scrooge McDuck – I even recorded a song about him with DJ Kochliwa Magda.

Once my favourite Facebook page – Dima Zverev, this Russian guy who posts some great photos of animals and a lot of anti-Kremlin humour – published a picture of a stylish, rugged blond guy. He didn’t accept it, but that’s a different story.
