A retrospective of seven of Andrzej Żuławski's films, including Polish and French productions, is coming to two major Brazilian cities. The career-spanning selection will open with the director's first feature film, The Third Part of the Night, and close with his last work, Cosmos.

On 19th February2016 Film Society of Lincoln Center will host the American premiere of Andrzej Żuławski’s Cosmos. The premiere is a part of Spotlight on Andrzej Żuławski, an initiative of Film Society of Lincoln Center and Polish Cultural Institute New York, with additional support from Polish Film Institute.

The month-long tribute to the gory flicks of art house director Andrzej Żuławski kicks off in Los Angeles with a full week run of Possession starring Isabelle Adjani, the Cannes Award winner for the role in 1981. His films are a cathartic explosion of violence, sexuality, despair and hysteria.
