KAUNAS PHOTO takes place every September and is the oldest photography festival in the Baltic states. This year’s festival will feature photos from talented Polish photographers including Dorota Dawidowicz, Filip Ćwik, Kacper Kowalski and Krzysztof Racoń.
Michał Szlaga made his debut with a series of staged self-portraits What Made Me?, in which he appears in such historical roles as a Nazi, a Jew, a Catholic priest, a member of the communist Citizen’s Militia and a Red Army soldier.
Andersa 13 is the Warsaw adress of two simulnatenous exhibitions by young Polish photographers. Sztuczność presents works by three artists at Galeria Fundacji Archeologii Fotografii and E-słodowy from Bownik is hosted by the Starter Gallery
