The name of the project, The Spirit of Poland relates to the traditional values of Poland, where culture and arts have always had their place. What is the Polish spirit really like? How does it relate to national traditions and customs, and does it look to the future?
The Spirit of Poland is an initiative of independent designers that, through exhibitions and special events, aim to present the contemporary face of Polish design at major design events across the world, promoting both the artistry of the featured brands and stimulating their commercial potential.
The Spirit of Poland has already been presented at such prestigious events as Tokyo Designers Week in 2010, organised thanks to the support of the Polish Embassy in Tokyo. Afterwards it was shown in Poland at the historic Grand Theatre - National Opera in Warsaw.
100% Design London is the UK’s first and leading contemporary design show for international designers, architects and buyers.
