In October this year, the Pomeranian Philharmonic in Bydgoszcz will host a concert to celebrate Polish Presidency of the EU Council. The concert will be co-organized by the Marshal’s Office in Toruń which is promoting the Kujawy and Pomerania region during the presidency.
The Symphonic Orchestra of the Pomeranian Philharmonic will be led by the Japanese conductor Mitsuyoshi Oikawa.
The programme of the concert includes compositions by Mikhail Glinka, Fryderyk Chopin and Pyotr Tchaikovsky.
The concert will be held in one of the best venues in Europe in terms of acoustics – the concert hall of the Pomeranian Philharmonic in Bydgoszcz.
