He has played and participated in 100 different music publications, but has been widely recognized for his cooperation with Voo Voo since 1986. Apart from Voo Voo, Pospieszalski formed several bands known as the avant-garde of the Polish jazz scene such as: Woo Boo Doo, Free Corporation, Tie Break, Graal, Ye She and Drum Freaks. He also played in alternative rock bands like: Śmierć Kliniczna, 2TM 2,3 and Habakuk. He was invited to common concerts and recordings by: Anna Maria Jopek, Martyna Jakubowicz, Gordon Haskell, Stanisław Sojka, Raz Dwa Trzy and Arka Noego.
His compositions or arrangements were performed by Dee Dee Bridgewater, Anna Maria Jopek, Nick Cave, Tadeusz Nalepa, Adam Nowak, Maciej Maleńczuk, Maria and Jan Peszek, Kinga Preis and Zbigniew Zamachowski among others.
He is well known for activities in the realm of arranging large scene music events for TV. For many years he has composed for the TV, film and theatre.
