From 1982 he has made approx. 40 films for French television as well as the BBC and the Polish broadcaster TVP. He specializes mainly in biographies and historical film. He co-wrote Agnieszka Holland's film "EUROPA EUROPA" which was nominated for an Oscar in 1991.

"MOI, GOMBROWICZ" / "MY GOMBROWICZ" (1989) – A series of interviews in which Witold Gombrowicz talks not only about cointemporary art, but also talks about his phobias and grievances
