The third edition of the EEPAP programme offers five different residency and internship options to take place the autumn and winter of 2015. The positions are available for performing arts critics, playwrights, curators, and managers at performing arts projects in Poland, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Romania. The programme includes cooperation with four major festivals – Temps D’ Images Festival, International Festival Konfrontacje Teatralne, International Theatre Festival MESS, and Prapremiery Festival, as well as work with the Zbigniew Raszewski Theatre Institute.
The East European Performing Arts Platform is an institution that supports the development of contemporary performing arts, mainly in the area of central and eastern Europe. The aim of the platform is to create a space for international exchange and cooperation between artists, creators and thinkers of contemporary performing arts, as well as to support and facilitate education in this field. Countries that EEPAP focuses on include:Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Georgia, Hungary, Kosovo, Macedonia, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia and Ukraine.
The residency and internship participants will receive stipends and their travel and accommodation expenses will be covered. There is no set age limit for the project participants and no limitations concerning their institutional background and previous experience. However, the participants must be residents of one of the countries that are covered by the East European Performing Arts Platform. Candidates are asked to send their application forms and motivational letters by 16 August, 2015.
