Drewniane Gody (Wooden Anniversary) is a photo series about the fifth year of marriage. The images not only show couples, one of which is always behind the camera, but also landscapes, things and situations which create the atmosphere of a family. Life rarely looks like the films of Walt Disney, in which nobody throws trash away, nobody dies, nobody washes and nobody locks themselves in the bathroom to escape for a moment from their everyday problems. The photographer Filip Zawada says of his book: 'I try mainly to talk about these sorts of things because my own life is mainly made up of the mundane.
