As part of this comprehensive presentation of Polish film art, the Japanese audience had a chance to watch twenty one works of twelve Polish directors. The program of the festival comprised both classics, such as "Man of Marble" and "Man of Iron " by Andrzej Wajda, as well as some latest productions presented in Japan for the first time, including internationally awarded "Ida" by Pawel Pawlikowski and "Life Feels Good" by Mateusz Pieprzyca. Apart from these, two animation series: "Bolek and Lolek" and "The Magic Pencil" were also shown. The festival was accompanied by meetings and discussions with special guests - directors Jerzy Skolimowski and Jacek Bromski. The event was aimed at a wide audience - film fans, journalists, critics and students of film related faculties.
