From 30th August till 3rd September this year, 10 representatives of the Polish music industry will meet representatives of the German music industry and share their experiences know-how.
The project is an initiative of Good Music in collaboration with the Office of Culture of Warsaw Capital City and Polish Institute in Berlin. It is organized to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Cooperation between Warsaw and Berlin.
The trade mission is addressed towards professionals of the creative industry from Warsaw and Berlin, such as representatives of music labels, clubs, festivals and artists’ managers. It will consist of 3 integral parts:
- A presentation of Polish projects and artists at the Polish Institute in Berlin (invitation only, contact: Agnieszka Wrycza:email@example.com)
- Showcase of Polish Artists in ACUD Berlin: Baasch (live), MinT (live), Matat Professionals (live), Grobel (dj set), Groh (dj set). More info below.
- Attendance of Polish delegates at Pop-Kultur festival.
Thanks to this collaboration it is possible to organize a showcase of young and promising Polish artists in Berlin and German artists in Warsaw.
Polish Music Showcase
The Polish Music Showcase takes place, as an accompanying event of the Pop-Kultur Festival, on 30th August, 20.00 at the ACUD MACHT NEU in Berlin (Veteranenstraße 21).

Warsaw Music Week
Later in the year, German professionals will have an opportunity to take an active part in Warsaw Music Week in October 2016, during which a German showcase will be held.
Warsaw Music Week aims to present what’s most interesting on the Polish & international music scene. The aim of networking meetings is to initiate a collaboration between artists, managers, label managers, promoters & journalists from Poland and abroad. Over the past 5 years the festival was attended by more than 50,000 participants.
