The 18th edition of the International Meeting of Live Arts / CROSSROADS 2011 with performances of Polish and Italian artists takes place from October 24th till November 9th 2011, in Warsaw.
The presented works which were created by selected Italian and Warsaw-based artists concern two topics: the psychic and mental processes which take place in societes, and the perception of the image of feminine body. Some of the participating artists are: "Compagnia Virgilio Sieni" from Firenze, Paola Bianchi from Rimini, Renata Piotrowska, and a dance company "mufmi" from Warsaw. The presentations will be accompanied by screenings of films, meetings with artists and workshop sessions.
The multidisciplinary festival CROSSROADS. International Meeting of Live Arts has been organised since 1994. It presents performances which combine theatre, dance and visual art.
