Born in 1978, Mateusz Sarełło is a graduate of the Academy of Photography in Warsaw. A member of Napo Images Agency (Napo Mentor program). Swell earned him a 3rd place at the International Photography Awards Contest in 2013 as well as Pictures of the Year International and made i to the Photo-eye's magazine Best Books of 2013 list. He received numerous awards and distinctions inter alia at FotoWeekDC International Awards, PDN Photo Annual, Prix de la Photographie Paris, FotoVisura Grant. He was a finalist of Lens Culture Exposure Awards and Lucie Foundation Scholarship. His works were exhibited in Washington, Tbilisi, Milan and Kraków.
