Born in 1981. She finished Design and Glass Design at the Wrocław Academy of Fine Arts. She also studied at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Bratislava and at the Institute of Glass and Ceramics in Koblenz. She has founded, together with Karina Marusińska and Agnieszka Bar, the design group Wzorowo. Kajper has been active within this group since 2012.

The Wzorowo design group was founded in 2009 and the name is derived from the words "wzornictwo" ("design") and "“wzorzec" ("model") and is evocative of the language of communist Poland.
