The Dialogue of Film Cultures: Poland – Turkey 2014 project plans to present a review of the teaching achievements of the Film School in Łódź as well as the Radio and Television Faculty of the University of Silesia in Katowice. The screenings are accompanied by workshops hosted by, among others, Tomasz Wolski, Piotr Niemyjski and Leszek Dawid. The achievements of Polish animation are presented during film screenings accompanied by Q&A sessions with the participation of Izabela Plucińska, Mariusz Wilczyński, Jerzy Kucia and Hieronim Neumann.
The Dialogue of Film Cultures: Poland – Turkey 2014 project so far travelled to Eskişehir between 2nd – 10th May and Ankara between 5th – 15th June. Upcoming screenings will be held in Konya between 6th – 8th November, and Istanbul between 18th – 23rd November, 2014.
The next screenings between 6th - 8th of November, 2014 at the Kısaca Short Film Festival in Konya will be accompanied by film workshops with Leszek Dawid, and animation masterclasses hosted by Jerzy Kucia.
