Sławek Jaskułke is a graduate of the Feliks Nowowiejski Secondary Music School in Gdańsk. Prize-winner of the 5th Jazz Standard Competition in Siedlce, he won the first prize and prize for the best instrumentalist of the 6th Polish Young Jazz and Blues Bands in Gdynia. He received "the Key to the Career" of the 27th Pomeranian Jazz Autumn, the prize of the program "Pegaz" TVP in the category music for artistic achievements in 2001 and the prize of Polish Music Lovers Association in Łódź in the category New Hope 2001. The winner of Jazz Top 2001 and 2002 in the category "Hope of the year" of the magazine Jazz Forum.
He cooperated with many personalities of jazz world e.g. with David Murray, David "Fuzz" Fuczyński, Erik Vloeimans, Furio di Castri, Maciej Sikała, Emil Kowalski, Jacek Kochan, Tymon Tymański. Zbyszek Namysłowski took his talent into account and he invited him to his Quartet. He is a leader of his own trio which performs in Poland and abroad (Africa, Brazil, Israel, Czech Republic, Ukraine, Russia, Germany, Austria, Sweden, Switzerland, Italy). Together with his Quintet he performed at 44th JVC JAZZ Jamboree where they were appreciated as the best band of the festival and its most important surprise.
Co-author of the Project "Jazzmen for John Paul II" recorded on the disc My Way to You. One of the composer of music for the performance of Arek Brykalski Hunchbacked Porno Angel (Theatre Wybrzeże in Gdańsk).
